The clearest compensation structure we have found anywhere. Site rent and utilities on a full-hookup site are covered by roughly 24 hours a week per site during the regular season, and about 14 hours a week in fall from September to December. Crucially, the resort states that working at a higher hourly wage reduces the number of hours needed to cover the site. Income is earned on hours above that block. W-2 employment, so gross earnings are reported.
