Effective hourly $3.13 All value divided by all hours worked
Net cash per month $0 What reaches your bank
Out of pocket −$60 What you spend to be there

You would work about 208 hours a month between the two of you, because these hours are counted per person. That values the whole package at $3.13 an hour, none of it in cash. After $60 of costs, your real monthly position is −$60.

The site
If they don't say, use what the campground charges the public. Colorado's State Forest park values its host site at $46 a day, about $1,400 a month. If there's no site at all and you're paying for your own parking (Amazon seasonal, some salary-only roles), enter that cost as a negative number.
Water, sewer, propane, wifi, laundry. Leave at zero if you're not sure.
The cash
If this wage is what's actually driving the hours you entered above (some employers, like Cal-Am Resorts, reduce required hours as wage goes up), this also fills in "What they're valuing the site at" above.
Some employers pay a wage and take the site out of it. That is not a free site.
Metered electric, propane in winter, uniforms, background check or fingerprinting fees.
Seasonal
Some employers ask fewer hours once the busy season ends, for the same site — Cal-Am Resorts asks about 24/wk in regular season and about 14/wk in fall. Fill this in to see both rates.

How the math works

Every arrangement is the same three variables with different values: hours owed, in-kind value received, cash moved. A site-only volunteer post has a cash wage of zero. Hours-for-site-then-hourly has the first block in kind and the rest in cash. A wage with rent deducted is all cash with a negative flow. Effective hourly is the total of site value, utilities and cash, divided by total hours worked by everyone in the rig.

The hours basis is the part most listings leave out, and it's the part that moves the number most. Twenty-four hours per site and 24 hours per person are the same sentence and twice the work.
