What we know
Corps projects keep waitlists and say openings come up unexpectedly through the year. Advertised terms have included full hookups for 20-30 hours a week, and one posting offered round-trip mileage at the federal rate capped at $1,000 for a full 16-week commitment.
Pay, in more detail
Ask whether hours are per site or per person before comparing to anything else.
